Raised in Framingham/Ashland, Kris spent her youth taking the commuter rail into the city to explore the many neighborhoods of Boston before falling in love with Jamaica Plain and Roslindale. A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, Kris spent 15 years working and volunteering in the arts in Baltimore City before settling with her family back in her favorite Boston neighborhood. After buying and selling her own property with a fantastic agent, Kris decided real estate was the right calling for her. She enjoys the many thrills of real estate, from exploring the nooks and crannies of older homes to seeing the possibilities unfold with a new construction home and using her keen eye to help transform a seller’s home before it hits the market.
Kris has a passion for creative paths to home ownership and secure housing for folks who may be facing challenges in the marketplace. She has experience with Affordable Home Ownership opportunities and is pleased to advise potential buyers and sellers on navigating this complex process.
Kris lives in Met Hill in Roslindale in a 100-year-old home she lovingly refers to as her "Grandfather's Hammer" (as the parable says, is it still a 100-year-old home if everything is slowly replaced?). She shares her home with her three wild children, her wonderful supportive husband and a shy cat named Hera.
Kris is a REALTOR® and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®).
