Dave is one of the best realtors around by far. I am so grateful to have had his help with the purchase of my home in Cambridge, MA. We looked at several listings within my price point and with this being my first home purchase, I was new to the experience and unsure of the process; but he was patient and very knowledgeable of the Cambridge market and made me feel at ease. He held my hand step by step through out the process. It has been 12 years since the purchase of my home and Dave continues to check in regularly to see how things are going. Dave is not only my realtor, he is also my friend.

He always responded immediately to our requests, arrived where and and when he said he would, and provided tons of information to us that seller's agents could not. He prepared pricing studies for us, set up showings on short notice in advance of open houses, pointed out potential problems before we thought of them, and did many other things that made the stressful process of buying a home much less so. He has a great personality and gets along with everyone no matter how difficult and demanding they may be. You will be very lucky to have Holden as your agent.

Lisa has a cheerful, positive and supportive attitude, which is invaluable during a long and changing process, which can at times be stressful.

Debbie is the best agent you will ever work with. Despite the fact this was our fourth time purchasing a home, we considered ourselves ill-equipped to find the right house, location, and price in Cambridge. The market here is extremely challenging for buyers. Homes go so quickly and for so much $$, that there is little time before a decision needs to be made and the trigger pulled for a lot of money . When considering all these variables plus the different neighborhoods throughout the Cambridge community, we felt a great deal of anxiety going into this process. Then along came Debbie. First, she knows the market better than anyone – not just what’s on the market at the moment and the comps but also what’s coming to market in the future, currently in construction or in early planning phases. That really alleviates some of the pressure and offers more options. She knows all the agents and builders which helps give more depth of understanding to the construction/remodeling, pricing, promises, contracts, etc. Her most wonderful quality was that she listened to us and took care to check in regularly to see where we were in the process and how our views were evolving. So often agents want you to look at the properties they love and don’t take into consideration the priorities that you’ve established like location, parking, access to highways, etc – we conveyed our top priorities and that never wavered though Debbie was able to find us homes that we would never had considered but actually met those standards. And her second strongest quality is that she worked hard for us, really hard. She made sure that every possible step in the transaction was completed to best serve our interests. Even after closing, she continued to make certain that we were well represented. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy a home in Cambridge work with Debbie and her team – we loved them.

Jenn was great at identifying the most appropriate properties for me that fit all my requirements. I looked at over 70+ homes with Jenn, and I never got the feeling of being forced to make an offer. She always took my feedback and used that for the future listings. Jenn is also great at answering questions, no matter how trivial they may seem. I am very satisfied with my home purchase (it checked all my boxes to a tee) and I highly recommend Jenn.

In a market identified by chaos, Todd reminded us time and again that we should not rush into anything and that he wanted us to be sure about our decisions. In our first meeting, Todd communicated that he and his team would make the process as easy as possible for us in both selling and buying, and they went above and beyond to deliver on this promise! He was able to coach us through offers to make sure that we felt competitive while not going outside of the budget that we agreed to. His assessments of the properties we considered were extremely helpful. Todd has a clear gift to know when to offer suggestions for his clients and when to give space to work through a decision. The perfect example of this was when were not selected for a property that got multiple dozens of offers. At the time, this was a very defeating outcome, given our history of looking at other homes, and Todd was quick to listen to our concerns while also encouraging us that “our” house would come along in due time. For the sale of our home, Todd gave a clear plan that he thought would mean the most value possible out of the property. Once we all agreed to move forward, there was almost no work for my wife and me. This team works extremely well together and is communicative every step of the way. As is hopefully already clear, I cannot recommend working with this group enough. It made what could have been an extremely stressful situation very simple and straightforward, and we love our new house!
